EVENING MENU
Amuse: Cauliflower Soup Shooter Smooth cauliflower soup, brown butter roasted florets, fresh chives
Appetizer: Tomato and Mozzarella Tart Roasted tomato, mozzarella, and parmesan baked on puff pastry with fresh basil and red wine syrup
Salad: Salade Lyonnaise Frisée tossed in a warm shallot red wine vinaigrette with pancetta, red radish, a red wine-poached egg, and crostini
Entrée: Roast Chicken Statler Bulgur wheat, green peas, mint, roasted carrots, and lemon white wine chicken jus
Dessert: Pear-Walnut Upside-Down Cake Spiced pear wine Chantilly
