She will tell us about their life together, his achievements, and explain why he is considered the “Hero of Two Worlds”. Storyteller and first-person interpreter Alisa Dupuy will portray Adrienne de Lafayette, who also has a fascinating history of her own.This event celebrates the bicentennial of Lafayette’s Farewell Tour of the United States in 1824-25. Lafayette's visit did much to keep America strong in a political environment that could have torn her apart. Come honor this great Founding Father and find out about the amazing woman behind the man.
