This gathering offers an inclusive space to reflect on how these teachings continue to move through our modern lives. Together we’ll bridge generations and backgrounds inviting you to explore how compassion shows up in your experience today.
Through guided reflection and story you will leave with a deeper understanding for the living practice of compassion a daily act of presence courage and care for the world around us.

Jenai Lieu has practiced in the Namgyal lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism for over a decade and continues her training with the Conscious Transformation Collective and Clear Sky Meditation Centre. Jenai’s approach interweaves culture psychology and art with the spiritual and esoteric threads that underlie wisdom traditions.
All are welcome. No prior experience with Buddhism is needed. Simply an open heart and curiosity for connection.
