Join Sarah Helt and Miles Tanner for a journey through breath, movement, and sound. Expect a deeply soothing evening as we combine a nourishing yin style practice with meditative sitar.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave and will begin check-in at 7:10 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:35 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
