We’ll begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, sharing this heart-opening plant medicine together. Cacao has been used for centuries to awaken subtle heart energies, encouraging deeper connection and presence.
From there, we’ll flow into a peaceful heart meditation and a gentle Yin Yoga practice. Yin Yoga focuses on passive stretches and long-held poses, targeting the deeper connective tissues like fascia and ligaments. This practice promotes flexibility, joint health, and relaxation while encouraging mindfulness and introspection. It’s a beautiful way to align body, mind, and spirit with peace and harmony.
