Join us at Grassroots Farm for a collaborative event that showcases a farm inspired menu by Grassroots Farm, locally produced wines by Cornerfield Wine Co. and wine instruction by Dybosia.

Led by founder of Dybosia, Jaclyn Shewchuk, who is certified in Ontario wine knowledge, guests will learn how to properly appreciate wine through sight, smell and taste. Guests will have an opportunity to explore the tasting notes of four varietals of wine produced by Cornerfield Wine Co. and learn about Huron County's viticulture. Wine and food pairing principles will be discussed as wine is paired with elements of wood fired pizza, salad & sweets made with locally grown ingredients.
