Georgie Jones is a writer and performer known for her humour and heart. She was a Roundhouse Poetry Slam finalist, her one-woman shows combine spoken word, stand up and storytelling, she has performed in theatres, at festivals and on radio stations all over the UK.Here at the Old Town Hall she will present an evening of two halves: the first will be open mic, an opportunity for you to stand and read a poem; the second will be Georgie’s performance.
We are incredibly excited to host Georgie, who is originally from Bourne, and really grateful to her that the evening will be a fundraiser for us, with all proceeds going towards the Bourne town hall regeneration project.
Our licensed Shambles bar will be open.
