During this workshop we’ll use tangible exercises and future self-visualizations to:

✨ Identify the thoughts and behaviors holding you back
✨ Learn how to create the life you want while embodying a new version of YOU
I’ll guide you through the process of creating a vision document, identifying limiting beliefs, and replacing them with a narrative that better serves you. From there I’ll lead you through a guided meditation in which you can start to visualize your future identity, and feel like it can be possible. The goal of this workshop is for you to walk away with the tools needed to embody lasting change.

Journal and pen
Hard surface to write on (optional)
