About Breathwork

Breathwork is an easy-to-learn, simple yet highly effective tool you can use to change how you feel and show up in the world: a way to access the full potential of your respiratory (breathing) system and yourself to tranform your life and energy. At its core, breathwork is a self-care tool with many benefits that can have profound, positive effects on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

The style of breathwork you'll be guided through uses a circular, conscious-connected three part breathing pattern that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, more at peace, energized, and grounded.

  • Stress and anxiety relief
  • Better sleep and mood
  • Increased energy and stamina
