Join us for a free concert of powerful music as Dr. Rashard Allen presents an evening of African-American sacred music. Dr. Allen is the Director of Music and Worship at Neffsville Mennonite Church in Lancaster, PA. He is also an experienced soloist, having performed many concerts, oratorios, musicals, and operas over the past 25 years in Dallas, Pittsburgh, and Lancaster.
