Join us for an enchanting evening, where we’ll celebrate the season’s bounty with local, farm-fresh vegetables.

In true Sweet Diplomacy style, this 100% gluten-free, plant-forward menu is as delicious as it is nutritious, filled with vibrant, rainbow-colored vegetables and aromatic herbs.

Seasonal vegetables sourced from MASA Seed Foundation farm in Boulder, CO and from Chef Melody's home garden.

How We Spend the Evening

During this hands-on workshop, you'll join other workshop participants to prepare a wholesome meal together as a team. At the end of class, we’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Expect to share laughs and forge new friendships along the way!

Participant Details

• Our cooking classes are designed for adults, but children 12 and over are welcome with a participating adult parent or guardian.

• Maximum number of in-person participants: 12

PLEASE READ: Class Participation Policy

• All tickets are final and non-refundable due to ingredient preparation tailored to class size. However, tickets may be transferred to friends or family if you’re unable to attend. Please reach out to [email protected] for any questions or transfers at least 24 hours before class time.

• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, low attendance or emergencies. If we need to cancel, we will notify you by telephone and email to ensure we reach you and offer you a credit towards another class or a full refund.

• We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. All participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow attendees with kindness and courtesy. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.
