For ages 13 & up
Description
Create a menu filled with classic dishes from Germany. Working with a small team, you’ll pound a bone-in pork chop to create thin cutlet; wrap it in Black Forest Ham; sauté’ the schnitzel until golden; and then create a pan sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions. As sides, you and your team will master the art of making spätzle, the dumpling-like noodles that are a staple in Southern Germany; a traditional dish of red cabbage brightened with citrus; and a delightful rolled sponge cake filled with strawberries and whipped cream. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. 21 or over? You’ll enjoy a glass of German wine paired with your meal.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
