Grief + Loss can affect us in so many ways. We may be grieving the loss of a loved
one, a beloved pet, it can also be grieving the loss of a relationship or friendship, it
could be the decline in mental or physical health of a loved one. There are so many
situations where we can feel the emotion of grief + loss, and no experience is any less
important that others. We all have a right, as humans, to experience our feelings, to be
heard.
We will create a beautiful safe space as we use a guided meditation to accept & nurture those feelings.
We will then learn a beautiful Heart Harmony Practice designed to help you feel Love.
A sound immersion will follow using the crystal bowls + chimes.
My bowls are tuned to 432hz, the natural frequency of our bodies, to bring you back into balance during this deeply emotional time.
We will then close with a sharing circle + oracle card pull (participation is optional)
With only a maximum group of 10, this enables me to create a personal experience.
