About this Event
We would cordially like to invite you to an intimate evening to support the feature film RECKLESS SPIRITS by local filmmaker and journalist Vee Hua!
The upcoming feature film is a "metaphysical, multilingual POC best friend comedy for a bleak era." Its themes will be celebrated in an evening of ritualistic performance, interactive altars, and a global mix of bites prepared by Korean-American chef Sara Upshaw of OHSUN Banchan Deli & Cafe and Mexican-American chef Gino Garcia.
In addition to the intimate, multi-course dinner, the evening will feature an excerpt from the short film proof-of-concept, followed by a short presentation from members of the film team about the project's goals to bring diverse queer and POC storytelling to the Pacific Northwest, engage in sustainable filmmaking, and create sets that prioritize the valuable contributions of cast and crew.
Tickets are $250 to $999, with other opportunities to invest at a higher level, for potential return.
