Using Asana as a means to explore the inner self I will guide you through a varied, and at times intense Vinyasa Yoga sequence with queues, tips and adaptations for all levels of practitioners to go deeper into each posture.
Following the Vinyasa sequence I will guide you through a Viloma Pranayama sequence designed to open and lengthen the breath through this progressive and holistic method.
We will finish the afternoon off with an open discussion around Embodied Movement and Intuition.
