Come spend an afternoon with Christy at the farm. We will spend time in the dahlia field capturing their beauty in the medium of your choice. I will guide you in basic drawing or painting techniques. We will talk about composition and color! Then after we are finished playing in the field we can enjoy a cider together and choose a small bouquet of dahlias to take home!
You will need to bring your own art supplies. A sketchbook with any drawing tools, watercolor set (kids sets are so much fun, it doesn't need to be fancy), pastels or oil paints! It might be good to have a folding chair or towel to sit on unless you are comfortable standing or sitting on the ground.
If there is rain, we can meet in the barn and paint/draw the dahlias inside!
