JEREMY TRINCHERE
Jeremy is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Relationship Coach. Jeremy discovered the power of juicing and raw foods in 2019. In 30 days, he lost 40 pounds and found knowledge that would shock most people when it comes to our digestive system.
Through cleansing the gut, he was able to begin healing his mind and spirit, and now his mission is to share this with the world. During his healing journey, he has learned how integral it is to "cleanse" the mind and body from the inside-out, and has now embarked on a journey of deeper teachings and healing in the Somatic Healing space.

Brittany Mondido, known as a “Teacher of Love“ and known for her heart, is the Founder of An ARM’s Reach Global, a conscious education and media company supporting human evolution and collective consciousness.
Coming from a decade of her professional life in Healthcare, Brittany found herself on her own healing journey. One woman's visions turned into an international mission, "An ARM's Reach" to be a legacy of love. Brittany has dedicated her life’s work to the collective healing of the world and building more embodied leaders.
Brittany is a Motivational Speaker, Spiritual and Somatic Teacher, and Self-Help Writer trained in Somatic Experiencing and Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, Trauma Healing including Ancestral Trauma, Pranayama, Psychotherapy, EMDR and Hakomi. She is also the Creator of the Collective Conscious Channel making healing accessible to all.
A few years ago, Brittany had learned that she comes from a long lineage of healers and has been deepening her teachings since then. Additionally, Brittany was raised by her father and named her company after him (A.R.M) to leave a legacy of LOVE behind for all generations to experience and nourish from.
She currently guides others on their journey to freedom through her coaching practice, online and offline events, books, speaking engagements, and through the collaboration with the Leaders of Light Division and Founding Leaders at An ARM’s Reach®.
As of 2022, An ARM’s Reach has established their publishing division with the mission of publishing, featuring and sharing the message of future thought-leaders around the globe.
An ARM's Reach also has an established Impact Plan where a percentage of every service goes to non-profit business partners. Brittany is very involved in communities around the US and volunteers in philanthropic initiatives, often working with the younger generation (our future) to create a brighter future and world, collectively.
