Come learn more about the history of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from authors Zachary G. Stein and Michael S. Martin, who both have their Ph.Ds, at CHB Lafayette at 2 p.m. on Feb. 22!Using materials from the archives at Edith Garland Dupré Library on campus, Stein and Martin traced the dynamic history of the school and compiled it into their book *University of Louisiana at Lafayette*.
The pair will share information about UL Lafayette’s history from its start as a vocational school, through desegregation, and to its current standing as an R1 research institution. Stein and Martin will also answer questions and sign copies of the books.
