Five local authors will talk about their books on Punjabi history and culture. The talk will be delivered in the Punjabi language.About this Event
In 2021 a Punjabi book club was started at Papatoetoe War Memorial Library and then quickly moved online to WhatsApp in August as a result of the lockdown. The members have continued to share reading recommendations via WhatsApp on Punjabi history and culture. Some of the members have also written books and we are privileged to have five local Punjabi authors talk about their books followed by a Q & A session. The session will be delivered in the Punjabi language and is kindly supported by NZ Punjabi Multimedia Trust.
