Dr. Gore is the founder and President of Mays and Associates, Ltd. (MAYS), a full-service leadership development, strategic planning, and culture building consulting firm. With more than two decades of experience in leading organizations for change, she leads the MAYS team of experts that works with organizations from city and county municipalities, private corporations, public universities, and large athletic organizations. Dr. Gore is a highly sought-after executive coach known for driving impactful change. Her expertise in guiding leaders and organization toward success has earned her a reputation for excellence and results. Dr. Gore is the host of the PinLeader Podcast, now available in 175 countries. She has been interviewed by the Big10 Network for her work with the college football officials in the Big Ten, MAC, Missouri Valley, and Pioneer conferences. More than 22,000 individuals have benefitted from her training workshops. Dr. Gore is also a keynote speaker who has led discussion topics at conferences and conducted workshops on leadership, disparities in health care, strategic planning, organizational change, engagement surveys, and policy implications. Her speaking engagements have included the annual meetings for the Association for American Medical Colleges, the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity, and the Higher Learning Commission. Dr. Gore is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (BGSU), where she received a Bachelor's of Communications and a Master's of Mass Communication with a study emphasis on minority communities in the Greater Toledo Ohio area. Dr. Gore earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies from BGSU where she conducted research in the area of involvement behaviors or interactions between minority medical students and the people around them and the ways these interactions affected their intent to remain in school. Dr. Gore has been married for thirty years and is the wife of retired firefighter Bobby Lee Gore, Jr. They are the proud parents of two wonderful grown children, Nathaniel Gore and Shoshanah Gore.
