Retreat 3: AcceptanceAcceptance allows us to embrace the present moment exactly as it is, without resistance or judgment. It means acknowledging thoughts, feelings, sensations, and experiences as they arise, even if they are uncomfortable or unpleasant, and allowing them to be there without trying to change or control them.
This afternoon will offer the opportunity to observe life as it unfolds, understanding that we cannot always change external circumstances, but we can change how we respond to them.

An Afternoon of Mindfulness- an opportunity to pause, breathe and bring some stillness to your day while gently exploring some of the main aspects of the tradition.
Please join us for the whole series of four sessions or can be attended as stand-alone events. All retreats will include meditation practice, teaching and mindful enquiry on each theme as well as periods of silence.
Suited to those with some experience of Mindfulness meditation however all are welcome to attend.
