Retreat 2: PatiencePatience encourages us to allow things to unfold in their own time, without rushing or forcing outcomes. In mindfulness, patience means accepting the present moment as it is, recognizing that everything has its natural pace—whether it's the breath, thoughts, or emotions.
By exploring patience in this retreat, we can develop a deeper sense of peace, allowing ourselves to fully engage with each moment, no matter how it may feel.

An Afternoon of Mindfulness- an opportunity to pause, breathe and bring some stillness to your day while gently exploring some of the main aspects of the tradition.
Please join us for the whole series of four sessions or can be attended as stand-alone events. All retreats will include meditation practice, teaching and mindful enquiry on each theme as well as periods of silence.
Suited to those with some experience of Mindfulness meditation however all are welcome to attend.
