During this afternoon retreat, we will explore what compassion is and how we can cultivate it to help us understand that struggles, and imperfections are part of the human experience, and we can respond to them with warmth, care, and non-judgment.

An Afternoon of Mindfulness- an opportunity to pause, breathe and bring some stillness to your day while gently exploring some of the main aspects of the tradition.
Please join us for the whole series of four sessions or can be attended as stand-alone events. All retreats will include meditation practice, teaching and mindful enquiry on each theme as well as periods of silence.
Suited to those with some experience of Mindfulness meditation however all are welcome to attend.
