*how to ground yourself
*how to work with your energy
*methods to release your negative energy using nature
*energy portals and how to find them
You will learn a few grounding techniques given to us by our Spirit Guides. Also, the bonus of a refreshing sound bowl meditation will be experienced to help balance your chakras.
We will enjoy a brief walk where our Psychic Medium will help everyone find an energy portal and explain just where the energy is coming from.
