About this Event
Do you long to be seen, heard, and understood — both by yourself and by others? Join us for an immersive afternoon of Circling, a relational meditation practice that transforms how we relate, speak, and listen in the present moment.
What to Expect
- Deep presence in relationship. Instead of silent meditation, participants speak their in-the-moment experience — sensations, emotions, thoughts, judgments, curiosities — while in connection with the group.
- Exploration of relational field. You’ll become aware of a shifting collective field — noticing what’s alive between you and others, and how dynamics evolve spontaneously.
- Circles in structure and flow. We’ll move between Focus Circles (one person shares while the group mirrors what’s alive for them) and Organic Circles (attention flows more fluidly between participants).
- Radical authenticity, no fixing. The foundational agreements of Circling invite participants to own their experience and refrain from trying to fix or heal others. Vulnerability, edges, uncertainty — all are welcome.
Who This Is For
This event is for anyone curious about deeper connection, more embodied communication, or relational presence. Whether you’re new to Circling or have some experience, you’ll find value in witnessing and being witnessed, and in exploring where authenticity meets relationship.
Why Attend?
Circling offers a rare container to explore what’s alive between people — not just inside. It cultivates relational awareness, emotional aliveness, and the courage to speak truth in real time. Many participants find it helps them bring more presence, confidence, and relational depth into everyday life.
