On Sunday January 26, 2025, we will be offering a beautiful, Interactive Energy Healing Toning Vibrational Sound Journey Workshop.Using the tone of our voices collectively, we will create certain vibrations for energy healing along with vibrational sounds.
We will start sitting up with gentle breath work, soothing sounds, and then transistion into guided vocal toning as sacred sounds play around and through us. Then lay back and take in the vibrational sounds of various instruments to relax and journey.
Duration of this experience is approximately 60 minutes.
