An Advent mini-retreat of scripture, music, poetry, and reflection.
About this Event

Mary Oliver’s poem, “Instructions for Living a Life,” awakens us to the heart of the human journey. How might those same instructions inform our walk with God and invite us to a deeper encounter with Jesus? As Advent ushers in a new Liturgical Year, come enjoy an afternoon of scripture, music, poetry, and reflection. How does our time of waiting and wonder prepare us to welcome the Word made Flesh? How do we take the insights and invitation of Advent and carry them with us through the liturgical seasons? Join us, as together we wait in joyful hope for the coming of our Savior.
