About this Event
What happens when artists stop performing and start listening?
When a monologue becomes a mirror, a movement becomes a heartbeat,
and a story becomes an act of love?
An Act of Love is the live and screened showcase of Breaking Barriers: Stallion’s Method of Radical Listening — a creative practice developed by Marc Stallion that transforms presence into performance.
Join us for an evening of original work — monologues, short scenes, and movement pieces — created by artists who dared to feel deeply and listen beyond words.
Each performance is a dialogue between fear and courage, silence and sound, self and other.
Featuring
- Live & Filmed scenes & monologues from Breaking Barriers Students
- Guest performers in Dance & movement
About the Work
The Stallion Method of Radical Listening is a hybrid acting and creative practice that teaches artists to feel, believe, and respond through empathy and cognitive behavioral approaches.
It’s not about acting as someone else — it’s about becoming present enough to be seen through your listening.
Some students entered this class as first-time actors, pros, and intermediate levels.
