Amusement with Inny and Fever Sleep

Emerging from the vibrant music scene of Portland, Oregon, Amusement is a dynamic punk rock band that has quickly made a name for itself with its high-energy performances and raw melodic sound. Formed in 2021, the band consists of four members who have been a part of the American underground punk scene for over 30 years. Members of Amusement have been in, or are still part of the following bands: From Ashes Rise, Deathreat, Arctic Flowers, Young Livers, North Lincoln, Shores, Bothers, Fever Sleep, & Spares. The chemistry and shared passion for melodic punk in the vein of Husker Du, Seaweed, Leatherface, and Dinosaur Jr., drive their explosive performances and powerful music.

Alternately loud and soft, pretty and dissonant, Inny taps into a punk emo-noise-rock wealth of inspiration, drawing to mind the Dischordand Touch & Go rosters of yesteryear while creatively reaching for the road ahead. A little mathy, a little proggy, with an emotional impactand range that shifts from anguished to jubilant (and back again) with dynamic dexterity and consummate cathartic release.
