Amuse Ticketing Policies:

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No exchanges or refunds.

NO MINORS. Amuse is a 19+ event. 2 pieces of valid ID (1 must be photo id) must be presented upon arrival as per LCLB regulations. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to produce proper ID. Individuals demonstrating signs of intoxication or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour will not be allowed to enter or will be refused service and asked to leave the event.

GET HOME SAFE: Taste responsibly and make a plan for a safe way home. Take a taxi. Assign a designated driver. Walk. Just don’t drink and drive. We want you to get home safely.

VIDEO, FILM, PHOTOGRAPHY: Social Magnet Productions Inc. and the Okanagan Social and Cultural Society reserve the right to film, photograph or record its events and activities for its own purposes.

Ticket Holder voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Social Magnet Productions and The Okanagan Social and Cultural Society, management, facility, artist, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or expel any individual(s) whose conduct is objectionable or offensive. Expulsion forfeits all and any claims to refund or otherwise. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured and entry denied. Admission is subject to rules, and bylaws of the facility. Failure to comply may result in non-admission or expulsion. In accordance with the facilities: alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, bags, and containers may be excluded from the premises. No outside food or drink permitted. No ticket shall be resold or offered for any commercial purpose without the consent of the producers or promoters.
