Welcome for A 2 hour walkingtour with explanation. Thursday April 25th, time 14:00-16:00.
During the Dutch "golden age" (17th century) Amsterdam became the centre of the world and a rich and developed city because of the international trade of the VOC and WIC.
This is a walkingtour through Amsterdam citycentre with a local Amsterdammer. Highlights; Royal palace(1665), the oldest house (1528) in Begijnhof, the smallest house (2.05 meter) Damrak "dancing houses", Magna plaza, the new church (1409), Westerchurch (1631), Anne Frank house, Canal belt, central station, etcetera.
Including a teabreak inside Amsterdams smallest house halfway.
