Welcome for A 2 hour walkingtour with explanation from a local Dutch.
During the Dutch "golden age" (17th century) Amsterdam became the centre of the world and a rich and developed city because of the international trade of the VOC and WIC.
This is a walkingtour through Amsterdam citycentre with a local Amsterdammer. Highlights; Royal palace(1665), Dam square, New church (1409), Magna plaza, Westerchurch (1631), Anne Frank house, canal belt, the
smallest house (2.05 meter), VOC headquarters, the oldest wooden house (1528) in Begijnhof.
