As the starting point for AMPP’s Basic Corrosion course, it explains the fundamentals, what corrosion is, why metals corrode, and how inspection differs from monitoring. You’ll also learn how inspectors ensure coatings perform as intended. By the end, you’ll have the foundational knowledge to make informed decisions and be ready to advance into the full C1 course.
