This concert kicks off Kentucky Opera’s 72nd season with a celebration of civil rights icon Fannie Lou Hamer on what would have been her 107th birthday. Baritone Jorell Williams and pianist Taylor Burkhardt will perform works by Black poets, composers, and lyricists that will send us into the week with a song in our hearts and a light in our souls.Tickets are $45, and can be purchased at:
