About this Event

Hosted by Olivia Annalise Yoga, 'Amore ~ Valentines Serenity Session' has been created to provide an intimate and soulful afternoon for Women to reconnect to their heart centres and to strengthen their self-love and internal connection for 2025.♥
The Heart Chakra, otherwise known as Anahata in Sanskrit is about connecting and relating. Bringing the spiritual in to the physical. Giving and receiving. Seeing the beauty in Life. Seeing the beauty in ourselves and honouring the beauty in others too.
The first connection that we have is to ourselves, regardless of who else we are in relationship to in our lives and we will be exploring these themes more throughout our afternoon together.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a warming organic rose tea and a organic healthy cacao brownie in the beautiful, spacious pantry. There is a reason that we give roses to the ones that we love as this herb embodies love, peace and acceptance. Likewise, cacao has been used for centuries by the South Americans as it is known to open our heart centres.
Afterwards, to open your afternoon, you will be guided through a 'Blanket of Love' visualisation practice, seamlessly transitioning in to a nourishing and restful Yin Yoga practice where we will be joined by cellist Arina Brovanova who will take you on a introspective journey with her live performance. Arina is a multi-instrumentalist and composer who has played with orchestras in Russia and the UK. She has also composed for Bridgerton. It will be a treat to have her join us! To close the afternoon, you will be gifted with a mini, luxury gift bag of loving holistic products to enjoy.

The event will be hosted at a tranquil space called Cucumber Fields in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Your afternoon will be overlooking the surrounding countryside and you will feel more rested and connected to yourself after you leave.
