Fall in Love at The DEC: A Valentine's Day Dinner Experience
Celebrate love Friday, February 14th, with an enchanting evening at The Downtown Event Center. Treat your special someone to an unforgettable night of fine dining, exquisite wine pairings, and world-class live jazz, all in a romantic and intimate setting.
A Culinary Journey: Indulge in a gourmet menu crafted with love by the renowned Chef Roberto "Papi" Larrea. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with select wines curated by Soiled Dove Beverage Manager, Kaitlyn Munday.
Menu:
- 1st course: Seared scallops over mushroom risotto
- 2nd course: Watermelon arugula salad with feta cheese, mint, & cucumber
- 3rd course: Lamb chops with garlic mash potatoes and mushroom Marsala wine sauce -OR- Grilled salmon with caper artichoke wine butter sauce
- 4th course: Italian panna cotta topped with seasonal berries
Big City Jazz in Eastern Idaho: Set the mood with the smooth, soulful vocals of Jenna McLean and the rhythmic brilliance of drum virtuoso Chris Smith, joined by a talented jazz quartet. Their big-city-level performance will make this evening truly magical.
