About this Event
“A fascinating new documentary.” — The Jerusalem Post
A gripping documentary about antisemitism, post-Holocaust Poland, and the struggle to confront difficult histories. Using hand-drawn animation to bring the past to life, the film follows one of the last living Holocaust survivors from a small Polish town and an eyewitness to antisemitic murders that occurred there six months after the Nazi defeat.
Produced and directed by award-winning filmmaker Yoav Potash (Crime After Crime, Sundance). Executive produced by Anita Friedman (JFCS, The Koret Foundation).
This screening will be followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Yoav Potash and a complimentary reception.
