Please know that I do my best to keep rates down. Everything has gone up as we are all aware. So from Transportation, hotels, meals and guide all had a price jump.
I always get excited & can’t wait to go! I could go every month! Farm Home dinner, sourdough bread, Homemade peanut butter, cheese, home style chips, pretzels,Amish butter…SO much...just naming a little!

That’s my cutoff and I’ve got many deadlines to make with this trip.
Many people have requested to RETURN to Lancaster in the spring time. So here we go again!
ANYONE NEW....Please read the whole post before committing because I have lots of deadlines that I have to have a head count, I have to have payment to the hotel, there will be a cutoff on making changes to room assignments, then there will be 💥NO REFUNDS💥 for any reason due to the payment at the hotel, restaurants and transportation is all NONrefundable.
Friday April 25th we will load at 6:00a from Ingles in Colonial Heights Depart BY 6:30a.

Cracker Barrel at 10:45a / 11a
Rest Break in WV @ 1-130p
Then a stop at Hershey's Chocolate World @ 3:30p - 4:30pm depending on the traffic -
You can go online later / closer to date and register for tours if interested. Tours where they make candy bars ect…..I do not arrange this. Several options there!
It’s about 35-40 min away for dinner.
Dinner @ Allen & Amanda King's Farm @ 6:30p for the Meal -

Check in at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Inn & Suites @8:30pm
Saturday April 26th
Breakfast starts at hotel restaurant @ 6a/7a for bus tour groups and I’ll confirm at check in incase it changes before then.
Due to the area of all the places of interest being spread out and it's not like my normal trips and dropping off in a city, we need a tour guide to ride with us on our bus and take us touring around.
So we do have a wonderful guide, Faye Irene Landis
We will start loading @ 8:30a and depart at 8:45a and arrive for our guided tours @ 9am for the day. I have a 6 hour tour for Saturday with Mrs Faye Irene Landis ( she’s fabulous ) and then a stop for lunch ( you provide this meal) at the Market and then we will continue our tour w/ guide after lunch a few more hours.
Places we will plan with Faye to see see is a Amish working farm, Small craft shop, Bake shop, Variety Store, The Market, see many Farms, Farm Houses and school houses, Cemetery, Asking……quilt shop, Mr. Henry’s & Mr Eli’s, Bird n Hand bakery and the market.
💥💥Note- A gratuity to Mrs Faye is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
3pm after the tour we Will go to
3:15/3:30p Country Kitchen Kettle for about 1 hour give or take. Depending on your ending time.
Many neat shops prior to Supper.

@ 4:30pm at Hershey Farm Resort Restaurant for all you can eat buffet then the play SIGHT AND SOUND @ 7pm for NOAH! This is sight and sounds 30th year anniversary! It’s going to be GOOD! When booking the ladies went on about Noah being so good!
We will arrive 45 min early there @ 6:15pm. IF you want to do the show it’s an ADDITIONAL charge of $90 per person and I will add that to balance / with the pricing below if you want to see NOAH.
I have to know if you want to do this by January 1,2025. If not the dinner is already added in the prices below. No late add ons after January 1,2025
The show is OPTIONAL & Additional charge.
If you don’t want to do the show you are free to arrange anything you’d like to after supper @ 6p by using a UBER to get you around. My driver will be at the Sight snd Sound which is next door to Hershey Farm from supper. Most things close early @ 7p. You are welcome to go back to your hotel at anytime after supper by UBER. I don’t want anyone to feel they have to attend the show but it has been much requested and added to my trip each year.
This play is AMAZING from everyone who I’ve spoke with while arranging this trip.
We will be gone on Saturday from 8:15a to 10:30pm that night. No returns to hotel all day. Dress for all day.
Sunday April 27th, 2025
We will load at 8:15a & depart @ 8:30am and head home.
We will do a few stops and have lunch at 1 of the stops
We should be home around 6p traffic permitting and the stops all go as planned on time.
Prices include transportation / seat per person, 2 nights at the hotel, 2 breakfast meals at hotel, 2 dinner meals & the tour guide on Saturday.
Other meals and souvenirs are your responsibility.
I only have a certain number of rooms blocked. Once I’m full I can’t add more.

1 rolling suitcase per traveler.
$760 Single (1) - person in a room
$1055 Double(2)- $525 per person in a room
$1350 Triple (3)- $450 per person in a room
$1645 Quad (4)- $412 per person in room.
***To secure your trip & room a payment is required at time of booking.
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS can be made of $350 per person to secure your trip.
IN ORDER TO SECURE A SEAT I MUST RECEIVE A DEPOSIT.
NO HOLDS.
If you want double beds everyone must send in a deposit. It’s per person per room.

Then balances are due by:
January 1,2025 if it’s after
Jan 1st …..💥💥 A $20 fee per seat will be added to balances.
Please mark your calendars of the balance date due. This helps me to get it all squared away and our trip paid in full.
If it’s late there is a chance you could loose your room. It’s been very hard to collect balances lately when due so I’m having to note this process and follow it.
They were more strict when I was booking this time.
This trip is lots of work to organize & do and will be a little different from my Red Eye and Stay your way trips. Lots more has to be done & PAID BY DEADLINES Also, please check your calendars and make sure you can go and if anything arises beyond my control (virus), death, work or illness ect… you are welcome to resale or gift the trip. I have to know names to make changes at the hotel room list. Only way I’d cancel if I don’t get enough to fill my seats.
MUST HAVE ~ When reserving let me know how many in your room and everyone’s full names.

No REFUNDS.... If you book for friends or family. Tell them this first please. I don’t want to be the bad guy when an emergency arises and I can’t refund.

I get stuck more times than I can count on people saying I want to go and never send money. If you pay a deposit then i know you are committed. 💥💥Just telling me you’re going I can’t count on. It happens all the time!
If you mail it I only can give 4 days to receive it, I can't hold for many days if I have others waiting to reserve.
