Welcome! We are pleased to have you as our member. To learn more about your AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina benefits and services, we are offering member orientations onsite and online.
Onsite: Our in-person Lunch & Learn New Member Orientation will be held at the Asheville Wellness & Opportunity Center on the first Tuesday of each month from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. November 2025 is being held 1:30PM-2:30PM.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Lunch for all who register.
For those members that cannot attend in person, virtual Member Orientations are held monthly via Zoom!
*An orientation in English is held the 1st Thursday of each month from 12 to 12:30p.m. and an orientation in Spanish is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 12 to 12:30 p.m. Sessions provide an overview of ACNC’s benefits, services, and answers to frequently asked questions.
