We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to be ushers for this incredible event. As an usher, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees and ensure everything runs smoothly. We are looking for 5-7 adults (21and above) to assist seating patrons in their reserved seats. This is for a single event on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 5:30 PM to approximately 9:10 PM. If you can be aware of our patrons' needs, know to make them feel welcome, and love the music of Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks and Peter Green, you are the right person for our show!
What's involved:
Several days in advance of the show you will receive a copy of the venue’s seat map so you can familiarize yourself with the reserved seating layout
Arrive at 5:30PM (30 minutes before doors open). The show starts at 7PM.
Please be dressed in a professional black slacks/dress and white shirt/blouse.
We will meet in the lobby for a short briefing on the evening’s activities
- Review your responsibilities
- Safety review
- Location of restrooms and other
- Review evening schedule
- You will be given a flashlight and volunteer badge/laminate
Usher duties
- Check in patrons at lobby desk
- Greet patrons at theatre doors
- Help patrons find their seats
- Help direct patrons at intermission or during the show, if needed
- Watch for patrons entering the house with food or drinks
- Patrons arriving late. If the show is in progress, please have patrons wait until the end of the current song before seating them.
- Watch for emergencies and notify house management.
- Pick up programs, tickets and other from the floor after the performance
- Check for lost items and give them to house management
FOR USHERS: For your service, you be will seated for the performance. For safety reasons, ushers are to be seated before the house lights go down and before the performance starts (unless you are at the theatre door entrance for late seating). There will be prearranged seating for you. In addition ushers can arrive early if they want to meet the band and listen in on sound check.
