About this Event
In the American Sign Language (ASL) for Beginners workshop, you will have fun learning to move your hands, face, and body while learning to communicate in a new language.
This workshop will teach you the Sign Language Manual Alphabet and how to fingerspell your name. We will follow it up with activities that will have you laughing and giggling while not using your voice. You will be surprised at how much you learn in this workshop while having fun doing it.
Ages 7 and up, $0-20 per person
Choose the registration fee you can afford.

About the instructors: This special workshop is offered by SIGNING Basics, a Springfield-based business founded by Theresa King. They are offering this workshop as volunteers, giving generously of their time and talent to their community.
