Street Lamp Community Theatre is excited to bring American Idiot back to the black box for our 10 year anniversary! Directed by Matthew Peterson, Music Directed by Mia Bray, and Choreographed by Jake Kline! This electric show will also have a live band! All roles are open, previous cast members are welcome to audition for any role other than the one they played previously.Must be 18 or older to audition and be cast in the show.
Auditions May 20th and 22nd from 6-9pm. We will have vocal auditions with cold reads and an option to also sign up for a dance call if you are interested in auditioning for “derby girl”. Bring instrumental tracks, 32 bars of music in the style of the show and it may be from the show. Rehearsals will start in the beginning of June and will run Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Bring your conflicts and shows will be July 25-27 and August 1-3, 2025. Rights provided by Musical Theatre International.
