The AHA’s ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. This course is for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies and for personnel in emergency response.Prerequisite: You must have a current Basic Life Support certification prior to attending this course.
Step 1: Enroll in this skills session to secure your seat. ($130)
Step 2: Enroll in online part 1 on the AHA site. ($168) This must be completed prior to attending this skills session. Part 1 can be found here: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-acls. Allow approximately 4 hours to complete. You can stop and resume at any time.
Step 3: You must bring a copy of your ACLS online part 1 certificate to this skills session. If you cannot print it, please bring a picture of it or screen shot on your phone.
