American Beauties Songs of Springsteen & Dylan"American Beauties" is a musical tribute to the songs of America's two most
iconic songwriters, Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan.
Lonnie Glass, a songwriter in his own right, has previously been the leader
of both a Springsteen 10-piece band tribute,Thunder Road, and an acoustic solo
Dylan tribute, "Call Me Zimmerman".
Teaming up with one of Victoria's premier jazz pianists, Ashley Wey and partner,
bassist, Louis Rudner, they provide uniquely musical interpretations of these two
"Beauties”.
Lonnie Glass has been a professional musician since the late 1960's as
a front man lead singer(Soul and R&B), as well as a touring Rock Bass player.
A songwriter since the early 1980's, Lonnie has recorded 9 CD's covering genres
of Rock, Blues and Americana.
He is also the ever consumate entertainer and storyteller.
Lonnie has done a Springsteen Tribute(Thuder Road) with a full 10pc band as
well as a solo acoustic Dylan Tribute (Call Me Zimmerman) and has teamed up with
two of Victoria's finest Jazz performers in their musical tribute to both of
these iconic American artists.

globally. Based in Victoria, BC, he's a leading bassist on the West Coast,
bringing his broad musical knowledge and passion to his collaborative projects.
