Duxton Food and Wine Dialogue is hosted four times a year, exclusively catered for an intimate audience to ensure an exceptional dining experience.The award-winning Firewater Grille restaurant and Western Australia’s Amelia Park Winery are calling all gastronomes and culinary connoisseurs for a chance to enjoy the ultimate in fine dining on Wednesday 27th July 2022.
The seven-course menu with canapes on arrival will take you on a Western Australian culinary journey showcasing akoya oysters from Leeuwin Coast and lamb rack from Amelia Park. Each course is paired with acclaimed wines from Amelia Park winery.
