The Alaskan Malamute Club of Wisconsin holds weight pulls annually throughout the fall, winter, and spring.New pullers and novices welcome! We have a harness you can borrow to try it out if you do not have your own.
Purebreds and mixed breeds are welcome.
Dogs must be at least 30 pounds, at least one year of age, up to date on vaccines, and in good physical condition.
Dogs over 10 years of age are welcome to participate in our novice class only.
Alaskan Malamutes have the opportunity to work toward the AMCA weight pull titles.
Registration and weigh in is from 10:30am to 11:30am
The pull starts at 12:00 pm, immediately preceded by a handler meeting to go over the rules.
