Join Albany Medical College students for our next CHOP (Cooking Healthy Options with Patients) session, "Fuel for Fall: Recipes for a Balanced Brunch!"
In this hands-on class, we’ll celebrate the best of the season's harvest by creating a variety of delicious sweet and savory brunch dishes. You'll learn how classic autumn ingredients can be used to build meals that are nourishing, high in fiber, and provide sustained energy. At the end of our session, we’ll all sit down to enjoy the wonderful, healthy meal we prepared together.
