Foundation of Light board member Dr. Marne O'Shae has organized a mobile blood testing service to come to the FOL. Get a range of blood tests done at a discount!AMBA Panel - Testing for coronary disease, diabetes, kidney disease, anemia, liver disease and more. Tests include cholesterol, glucose, BUN, blood indices, albumin, globulin, AST, ALT, calcium, chloride, potassium, sodium, carbon dioxide and more. Cost: $69. Additional tests are available, including TSH ($13), PSA ($27), Vit D ($26), Insure Colon Test ($22), and HGB A1C ($13).
Fasting blood work: These tests require fasting, so please do not eat anything the morning of the test.
Advance registration and a doctor's order are required: Walk-ins will not be accepted. For more information, or if you cannot get a doctor's order before the event, please email Dr. O'Shae's office at [email protected] to see if she can help with that. Please put 'AMBA Wellness' in the subject line.
Register: Call 1-800-234-8888 to register. Operators are available Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please have your doctor's name and address available when you call.
Payment: This screening is not covered by Medicare or most other insurance companies. Please bring a check or money order made payable to AMBA Wellness Programs. They do not accept cash or credit cards.
Separate payments (to AMBA and FOL) are required. Of the $69 cost for the AMBA Panel, $59 gets paid to AMBA and $10 to the Foundation of Light. The FOL can accept cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.
