Amazonia is a 2-hour women’s morning experience, happening on Saturdays, guided by Alevtyna (Alya) and Maà @soundholisticexperiences
It’s designed to help women feel strong, grounded, confident, and calm — without burnout, without harsh fitness culture, and without pressure.
This is not a gym class.
This is not a performance.
This is a body + nervous system reset.
HOW THE 2 HOURS WORK
Hour 1 — “FIT Flow” - Strength & Embodiment (with Alya)
The first hour is led by Alevtyna (Alya), elite fitness coach
Quick introduction:
· Alevtyna (Alya) Titarenko
· Elite Fitness coach/ Strength & Conditioning coach in Cirque Du Soleil
· Former artist of CDS with 22 years of work experience
· World and Arnold Classic Champion in Fitness
· Owner of Fitness LLC “AT Body by Design”
· Creator and owner of programs at Women’s Fitness Club online “AT FIT”
This part focuses on:
• Feminine strength & toning
• Athletic flow (not aggressive, not exhausting)
• Posture, core, legs, glutes, arms
• Feeling strong inside your body, not just working it
You move with intention.
You build tone, stability, and confidence.
You feel present and embodied — not depleted.
We’ll touch base on different types of work out.
The programs are designed with women’s specificity in mind focusing on safety and technique. Keep in mind - Not all exercises fit everyone. Every body is different and we find ways to adopt exercises to YOU.

Where you will connect tomour breath and relax through a breathwork and a sound bath .
