#News Healing Retreat. Hi everyone Ralph the founder of Learning to Exhale is going to lead a week long healing retreat in Oct 2025 on the edge of the Amazon rainforrest. There are places for 15 people and those with cancer will be prioritised. This is only open to people who have completed the eight week Learning to Exhale Mindfulness training with Ralph.
